Fence and tree hazard behind 139 N. Northwest Highway

The neighbor behind the restaurant reported that a ComEd-trimmed tree is falling on and breaking through the 8-foot fence, creating a hole, a four-foot drop hazard, and allowing animals and debris into her yard. She asked that the tree be removed and the fence repaired.
